Thank you for visiting and shopping at Passionade. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our professional Shipping Policy.

1. SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME All orders are processed within 1-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES We proudly offer Free Insured Shipping across the United States for our luxury decanter sets. -Destination: United Kingdom (UK) - Estimated delivery time: 7-15 business days. *Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur depending on carrier volume, customs processing, or holidays.

3. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours, allowing you to track your luxury package every step of the way.

4. DAMAGES, BROKEN GLASSWARE & ISSUES Our decanter sets are packaged with maximum protection. However, if your order arrives damaged or if the glass rifle/glasses are broken during transit, please contact us immediately at contact@passionade.com with photographic evidence. We will investigate and send you a brand new replacement completely free of charge.

5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES Passionade is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
